Veneto: The Land Behind Italy’s Great Wines
Stretching from the Dolomites to the Adriatic, Veneto is home to some of Italy’s most beloved wines. The Delle Venezie DOC represents a cornerstone of Italian white winemaking—uniting the regions of Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and Trentino in pursuit of freshness, purity, and varietal expression. Established as a DOC in 2017, Delle Venezie ensures rigorous quality standards and celebrates northern Italy’s signature style: refined, perfumed, and food-friendly wines born from centuries of viticulture along ancient trade routes.

Tenuta Rechsteiner: Heritage, Family, and Sustainability
Founded in 1881 by Friederich Rechsteiner, this estate near Piavon di Oderzo (Treviso) has remained family-owned for nearly 150 years. The property centers around a 17th-century Venetian villa, surrounded by manicured gardens and vineyards, all managed today by Baron Florian von Stepski-Doliwa, a direct descendant of the founder.
The estate practices sustainable viticulture, certified under Italy’s VIVA program, assessing air, water, soil, and vineyard impact. Visitors are welcomed to experience the Villa Rechsteiner and its tranquil parkland, historic Barchessa, and wine cellar—bringing wine, art, and nature into harmonious balance.
The Rechsteiner Wine Flight
Manzoni Bianco 2023 | DOC Delle Venezie
A luminous straw-yellow wine with aromas of nectarine, pear, and acacia blossom. Cool-fermented at 17–18°C and aged six months in stainless steel for texture and freshness. The palate reveals medium body, minerality, and lively acidity—ideal alongside asparagus risotto, spring vegetables, or grilled fish.
Merlot 2020 | DOC Delle Venezie
Deep ruby with aromas of plum, wild berries, and subtle spice. Aged twelve months in oak barrels, it balances ripe fruit with supple tannins and structure. Smooth and elegant, this red pairs superbly with mushroom ravioli, roasted pork loin, or aged cheeses like Asiago.
Carménère 2023 | DOC Delle Venezie
Expressive and velvety, offering dark cherry, bell pepper, and black pepper notes. Brief oak maturation enhances roundness while keeping a vibrant finish. The wine’s peppery edge makes it a match for roasted vegetables, braised meats, or dishes seasoned with Mediterranean herbs.
